WFMwizard licensing falls into these categories:

New licenses

We believe the WFMwizard licensing scheme is simple, upfront and equitable. Our software licenses entitle you to perpetual use, and include 12 months maintenance (updates/support) commencing from the date of purchase. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.

 

One License, One Workstation, Unlimited number of Call Centers, Up to 15/30/50/100 Agents Per Call Center (number depends on the license version purchased): 

  • One license of WFMwizard may be installed on one workstation.
  • Unlimited number of call centers may be setup and configured with this license (depending only on available HD space).
  • All bundled functionality (complete workforce management workflow) and support is available in one installer.
  • The only difference between license types is the number of agents that can be assigned and scheduled in each of the call centers defined in the system.

Notes:

 

1. A license includes 12 months maintenance with:

  • First Call Center "Guided Setup" What is that?
  • Customer support over email
  • Bug-fix updates
  • Version upgrades

2. For international orders, customer shall be deemed the importer for all purposes, and shall be responsible for all customs duties and clearance charges. Customer shall also be responsible for all other duties, levies, or government fees or taxes now in force or enacted in the future including, for example, any value-added taxes.

 

3. If you have more than 100 agents to schedule in one of your call centers, please contact us by email for a custom solution. 

 

License upgrades

 

Licensees can upgrade to a 25 agents, 50 agents or above 50 agents license at any time. All data is seamlessly upgraded. Upgrades include 12 months of software maintenance.

Software maintenance (support & updates)

 

All licenses come with 12 months of software maintenance (support and product updates). Beyond this initial 12 month period, you may renew your software maintenance for a further 12 months at our renewal prices:

Note: Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.

 

 

Licensing terms

 

A WFMwizard license entitles you to:

  • Deploy a single instance of WFMwizard in one production machine
  • Perpetual WFMwizard use
  • Software maintenance for 12 months - including all updates and email support (during local business hours)

Free Evaluation 

You may download and evaluate a fully functional version of WFMwizard for 30 days before purchasing a license. The purpose of the evaluation period is to give you the opportunity to understand the full functionality of WFMwizard and determine its usability in your own work environment. Full support is extended to evaluators during this period.

 

We recommend an initial 3-4 hours to install, configure and walk through the software documentation in order to fully evaluate each and every feature of WFMwizard. Be sure to write down any questions or comments you have, and then email them to us for support.

 

You may repeat the evaluation process until you are comfortable with the quality and functionality of the product, at which time you may make a decision about its usefulness in your own work environment. This method of evaluation prevents users from "casually" using the software over long periods of time and never fully understanding its capabilities. It also provides us with valuable feedback, which we use to improve the software immediately for the benefit of all users.
