We based this guided configuration process on our vast experience and best practice templates to help guide you through the new processes and WFMwizard setup.

The WFMwizard Guided Setup Methodology delivers a rapid time to benefit in three easy steps:

1. Definition and Analysis

Our support representative contacts you by email after your purchase, introduces you to the guided setup methodology and sends you the WFMwizard Setup templates by email.

2. Configuration

WFMwizard's support rep. receives the templates loaded with your entire call center's data and fully configures your first call center's WFMwizard database, based on the information provided in the templates.

3. Deployment

We will test and send you the pre-configured call center database (file) to ensure a positive go-live experience with WFMwizard. Your new WFMwizard solution is live and ready for business with your first call center configured and implemented.
