Dan Wiegenfeld - Founder & CEO
Dan Wiegenfeld has twenty years of experience in the planning and optimization fields. Prior to founding Better Plan Ltd. and designing its first software solution - WFMwizard, Dan founded Performix Ltd., a "boutique" call center consultancy firm, specializing in planning and optimization of call centers and customer service operations. Dan is still managing the company. Before that, Dan served as VP business development at Callflow software, a company that provides contact centers with tools that ensure the effective execution of the organization's customer service strategy. Prior to Callflow, Dan served as an operations & projects manager for a leading customer care consulting firm.
Mr. Wiegenfeld graduated from Tel Aviv University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management Engineering. Mr. Wiegenfeld also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
Benny Levi - Co-Founder & COO
Benny Levi has over twenty years in senior operational management and management consulting. In the past 3 years Benny is an entrepreneur and management consultant for commercial and industrial firms. Results-oriented operations professional with an extensive background in serving companies in the process industries: plastics, semiconductors and chemical. Mr. Levi is implementing operational excellence and lean principles to ensure peak performance. Mr. Levi Demonstrated achievements in productivity improvement, cost reduction, business development and process re-engineering.
Mr. Levi graduated from Ben-Gurion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management Engineering. Mr. Levi also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Phoenix University.
Aliza Gavra - Co-Founder & VP Sales and Customer Service
Aliza Gavra is responsible for managing the company's sales and customer support functions. She has been building and managing customer service operations for 15 years, with a focus on call centers management. Aliza brings depth of experience to the team, with her past involvement in managing sales and customer service in the dynamic, varied and mission critical commercial services world. Prior to joining Better Plan, Miss. Gavra held various sales and customer care management positions, including head of customer service devision at Bezeq International, Customer and Consumer Service manger at Nestle Israel (Osem) and VP Sales at Kidum Group.
Aliza holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Derby University.
Ehud Kantzuker - Head of R&D
Ehud, Head of Research and Development, leads the Company's efforts to design and commercialize workforce management software solutions. Ehud holds a Bachelor of Science degree in software engineering from the Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and has been with the company since it was founded.
